On November 30, 2002 Milwaukee Career College, Inc. purchased Promentor Technology Training. Promentor Technology Training offered training in various computer applications, including operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, presentation graphics and database management, employing computer based training technology. MCC added 8,000 sq. ft. of space and implemented Instructor Led Training in two Medical occupational areas, Medical Assistant and Medical Coding and Billing Specialist. Shortly afterwards, MCC added a Pharmacy Technician program.

MCC occupies over 11,000 square feet in a modern office building in Wauwatosa that offers a comfortable learning environment. Ample free parking is available for students. Conveniently located at the corner of Highway 100 (Mayfair Road) and Burleigh Street, our location offers easy-on/off freeway and bus-line access. We are located one-half mile north of Mayfair Mall. Classroom facilities include individual workstations equipped with IBM compatible PC’s. The CBT lab includes a variety of computers for hands-on repair work as well as Microsoft server/workstation pairs for independent study. All classroom, laboratory, and library areas are air-conditioned. Medical equipment and office machines are available for training our Medical Assistant and Medical Coding & Billing Specialist students along with a simulated pharmacy lab. In both the Instructor-Led courses and CBT courses we make every effort to have business current editions of textbooks, training tapes, and software available to MCC students.
